Jerry Hart
|
Jerry joined Phoenix Commercial five years ago after a national accounts career in sales and marketing. Successful selling requires being a good listener and asking the appropriate questions. This discipline has been an important aspect in bringing his buyers and sellers to the closing agreement with a smile. After graduation from Lawrence University, being a pilot in the Air Force Strategic Air Command and working in National Account Sales, Jerry started his own New England company. Twelve years later sold his business and moved to Manchester, Vt. Understanding his buyer's needs and seller's business and property continues to be a very rewarding career.
